Ethan Nwaneri returns from Injury

Ethan Nwaneri has returned for an injury picked up in France while on England U18 duty in Early September.  The on form attacking midfielder did not make an appearance after picking up the ankle injury in the training session prior to the first match vs France. He made a brief return to action in the Champions league match against PSV scoring Arsenal only goal in the match but was quickly ruled out again following that match.  Nwaneri has been out since then and some tipped that if he was fit he would have been knocking on the first team door due to his end of season and start of the season form.  In the matches he has been involved in for Arsenal u21 and England he has had the most goal and assist contribution in the last 10 matches leading into a battle for his signature by all the top clubs in Europe and the premiership elite teams.  He went with his first love and stayed at Arsenal as they showed him the path to the first team is there. Ethan Returns with another goal against PSV youth Champions League

                                   Ethan Nwaneri once again stared for Arsenal in his first Youth Champions league appearance. Still nursing a sour ankle he headed into the match hoping to continue his rich vain of form.  Ethan was always a threat when he received the ball in the oppositions half. It took 31 mins on the clock for him to work his magic and score for Arsenal again this season. Extending his recent form to the most goals and assist for both club and country in the last 10 starts for both.  It would appear he picked up a knock in the match as he went off later.

Ethan joins up with ENGLAND u18 in Limoges

Ethan joined up with England U18 for a tournament in Limoges France.  Ethan Nwaneri picked up an injury on tour with England u18 in France. He was set to star in the mini tournament but the injury ruled him out for the 7 day tournament.  He returns to Arsenal hoping to be back in time for the Champions League fixture against PSV. 

Ethan Nwaneri Stars Against Swindon Town

Ethan Nwaneri put in a good performance against Swindon town creating an Assist and  several key chances for his team mates in this Football League Trophy match. Arsenal came from a goal down to eventually win on penalties shoot after the game ended 2-2. Ethan was at his menacing best as he kept finding space to create clearcut chances for his team. Ethan also scored a crucial penalty in the shoot out win. Ethan played 90 mins but was seen several times in pain or uncomfortable and threw up on the pitch. Despite his obvious condition it was another performance that marked another assist for the 16 year old. Arsenal won 5 - 4 on penalties. 

Ethan Nwaneri Hat-trick sinks Leicester.

Ethan Nwaneri took things to a whole different level in the recent match for the Arsenal U21. The wonder kid starred again and struck with a fantastic treble in front of first team boss Mikel Arteta and his arsenal first team staff.  The 16 year old youngest premiership player of all time took control of the mach against Leicester and could have scored 5 or 6 including another header against the bar.  The Arsenal fans were treated to what to expect from the rare superstars talent from the academy.  Ethans dribbling, passing and all round performance was exceptional and he ability to get into the right places was the difference between the two teams.   Arteta knows just how talented the young boy is and will certainly feature soon in the first team again.  After the trip to Germany Ethan who only recently started training full time after finishing school had a few run outs to work on his fitness and match sharpness. That training is now showing in matches.  ...

Arsenal u21 start with a bang! New season same Ethan.

Ethan Nwaneri started the new season with the Arsenal U21 with another stand out performance as Arsenal ran out 3-0 winners against West Ham. Ethan Nwaneri continues his rich vain of form as he scored 1 and assisted 2 for Arsenal. The 16 year old has now started training full time and as he gets to full fitness, fans will see the very best of him quickly. The first team will surly keep one eye on him. 

Ethan Nwaneri shines in first team appearance weeks after signing his scholarship

 Ethan Nwaneri made his first Arsenal first team appearance since signing his scholarship deal weeks ago and showed everyone why every top team and manager wants him at their team. The 16 year old came on in the second half and did not waste anytime to show host how talented he is with his footwork and calmness in possession.  In one show of skills he took out two players in a clip that went on to go viral and left fans wanting more. Considering the young man has only just finished school and only just started training full time for the first time a few weeks ago, this could be a break out season if he gets fit and stays fit. He has too much talented to be wasted in the reserve matches.  He will likely make more appearances for the first team and in cup matches too. But remember arsenal are fighting for the title so need to ensure their new wonder kid is used wisely and with the right balance.  Arsenal fans have the right to be excited.
